Cast netting with Louis

My mom and I went down to the fishing area* and we met a few guys. One of them was named Louis. He said he would give me 50 cents if I caught a fish in my cast net. I started throwing my net and most of the guys had never seen a cast net before!

I threw my net at least twenty times and then I caught a fish! I brought it over to Louis and he gave me 37 cents. He said it was a  striped finned shad. Louis and I talked for a little while and then we went back to the campsite.
